They say, “good things come in small packages”, which is certainly true of me. Grated carrots, a splash or orange juice, a trio of crushed nuts (Walnuts, Hazelnuts & Pecans) and a pinch of unrefined caster sugar make me sinfully delicious – or so I’ve been told.

Gluten Free Flour Mix (Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum), Unrefined Golden Caster Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Carrots, Orange Juice, Unrefined Light Brown Cane Sugar, Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Pecans, Linseed, Vanilla Extract (Water, Ethanol 35%, Sugar, Vanilla Bean Extract), Cider Vinegar, Raising Agents: GF Bicarbonate of Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) Gluten Free Baking Powder (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornflour), Mixed Spice (Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg), Salt

Last up to 5 days and prefer to be kept at room temperature rather than in the fridge. I can be frozen and will last up to 2 months in the freezer.


I’d like to be


Enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee and also make a great dessert to round off meal.
