Ground almonds, a mountain of lemon zest and sugar make me moreish beyond your wildest dreams! Each one of us is lovingly handmade and baked to give us a nice crunchy outside with a soft chewy core. One bag contains 10 of us and weighs in at around 250g.

Ground almonds, Unrefined Golden Caster Sugar, Aquafaba (chickpea brine), Lemon Zest, Brown Rice Syrup, Salt, Almond extract (Ethanol 90%, Natural Oil of Bitter Almond, Water)


I can


Last up to 7 days and can be kept in the freezer for up to 2 months. But frankly, who has leftover cookies!?


I'd like to be


Served alongside a nice cup of tea or coffee. Rumour has it, some of you have eaten me right out of the bag, I won't name names! Someone suggested I'd be smashed up and used as a base for a delicious Lemon Cheesecake. Now there's a thought...
